All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You’ll get email updates every step of the way: when your order is placed, shipped, and delivered. Just a heads-up: tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after your package leaves our warehouse. 

 

Shipping

Domestic (US)

• All US orders over $25+ ship FREE — no code needed. 
• Orders under $25 receive a flat shipping rate of $5.99. 

Once your order has shipping, delivery takes 3-10 business days within the continental US (a little longer if you're in AK, HI, or a U.S. territory — thanks for your patience!).

Heads Up: Stinkbug is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information—thanks for understanding!

 

International

We currently ship to most countries across North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Australia for a flat rate of $22.

 

Returns & Exchanges

If you're not totally loving your Stinkbug products, we're here to help make it right! Just reach out to us at orders@stinkbugorganics.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll get the return or exchange process started.
